We would like to inform you about Japan’s invoice system, which began in October 2023. We have confirmed that overseas booking sites (such as Booking.com, Agoda and Expedia) do not currently support Japanese qualified invoices and receipts under the invoice system.
Please note that the hotel cannot issue a receipt for reservations prepaid through a booking site.
If you need an invoice and are considering a prepaid reservation, please ask the booking site in advance whether the booking site is a qualified invoice issuer.
For reservations paid at the hotel, the hotel will issue a qualified invoice and receipt.
