For check-ins on or after August 1, 2024: ¥500 per item per day, until your next scheduled stay
- Same-day luggage storage before check-in or after check-out remains free of charge.
Storage Conditions
- Luggage can be stored for ¥500 per item per day only if you have a subsequent reservation.
- We do not accept cash or other valuables, food, hazardous materials or fragile items.
- In the event of damage or loss caused by the hotel's negligence, compensation is limited to ¥5,000 per item. Damage caused by circumstances beyond the hotel's control is not covered.
- If luggage is not collected by the scheduled date, an additional ¥500 per item per day will be charged.
- Luggage not collected within one month of the scheduled date without prior notice will be deemed abandoned and disposed of.
